Good article. It is extremely unfortunate that over the last decade, the travel industry has had to deal with terrorism, SARS, tsunamis, bird flu virus, swine flu, and the first ever true global recession. Through it the industry has proven to be strong, resilient and also dynamic, finding new approaches to deal with hardship. There are constantly fresh issues and opportunity to which the industry must all over again adapt and reply.
