Grownups, pour yourselves a cup of coffee or tea and relax for twenty minutes while your kids fall asleep or play independently. This video is your invitation to a mental break. The relaxing sounds will calm you and your kids alike. This video was shot at Glencarlyn Park along the Long Branch Stream in Virginia.
